He only made his television debut in the UK earlier this year, but British actor James Bloor has already landed two big American film roles, signalling promising times ahead for this talented newcomer.

After appearing on ITV's DCI Banks in early 2015, the eye-catching Cambridge graduate went on to be cast in Leatherface, a prequel to the 1970s horror franchise The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which he'll be seen in next to Stephen Dorff and former EastEnders star Sam Strike. Hot on the heels of this, Bloor's also been chosen to star in post-apocalyptic drama North alongside Arnie's son Patrick Schwarzenegger and highly buzzed about Scottish actress/model Sophie Kennedy-Clark. UK release dates for both projects are tbc.
